"Trough Faggot Party, a loose homosocial affair, will archive their dance event propaganda in the gallery space at Utopian Slumps. Behind the clean imagery, a cacophony of artists and designers will turn up for the party and take task to re-present the male models at the Trough in the way they see fit. Each remodel will consist of an assemblage of objects and patterns that forms their own male night club; an island of phallic minarets connected by a common thread. Accompanying the installation will be video feeds from two Dutch-based artists, Emile Zile and Annie Wu, configuring the connection to their homeland dance."
